SHIPPING AND TAXES

Every Atom Toys piece ships from our studio in Espoo, Finland. Here is what to expect.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time are shown at checkout, before you pay.

Shipping to the United States

US shipping rates change often. Email us at info@atomtoysstudios.info or message us on Instagram before you order, and we will confirm the rate with you.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order ships, delivery takes an estimated 7 to 14 business days. Times vary by location and customs. You get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Is there free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free on orders over €200.

Are taxes included in the price?

Prices include VAT for orders within the EU. For orders outside the EU, VAT does not apply. Import duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery, and these are paid by the buyer.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel any time before your order ships. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your piece, as long as it is unopened and in the same condition. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Full details are in our Terms.
